We are now seeking to appoint two new Trustees, one specifically from a legal background and the second specifically from a financial background to join our established Board.
As a Trustee you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, financial management and governance of the organisation.
The annual commitment is around 4 Board meetings per year, plus an AGM. Interaction via email, phone and skype will be required as appropriate.
Salary: Unremunerated (reasonable travel expenses will be paid)
Commitment: Ideally for 3 years commencing at the AGM in December 2017
Location: Meetings take place at our Head Office based in West Bromwich
