Join our 8 session anxiety management group to gain a deeper understanding of anxiety, work through a guided self-help plan, learn how to manage your symptoms of anxiety, and importantly get involved in situations that you enjoy.

The anxiety management group takes place every Tuesday from 3:00pm at Walsall Disability Hub, Lichfield Street, Walsall.
