Community Wellbeing Worker

Kaleidoscope Plus Group are looking to recruit a Community Wellbeing Worker to join the Community Wellbeing Team.

 

The team provides opportunities for the Sandwell Community to maintain or improve their wellbeing through a range of community based, wellbeing activities and groups.

 

The successful candidate will develop, deliver and review a range of evidence-based groups and activities in line with the Five Ways to Wellbeing Model across the Sandwell area.

 

The post will be until the 31st March 2019 with the potential for a contract renewal, subject to the continuation of funding.
