40 Random Acts of Kindness

They say that if you do something kind for someone, they’re more likely to do something kind for someone else – and that’s how the world becomes a kinder place. It’s as simple as that. 🙂

Not to mention, research shows that helping others is beneficial for our mental health and wellbeing. It can help:

  • reduce stress
  • improve emotional wellbeing
  • benefit physical health
  • bring a sense of belonging and reduce isolation
  • get rid of negative feelings

So today, we ask you to choose an act of kindness from our list below and carry it out for someone. Let #TeamKPG know what actions you carried out by using our hashtag, followed by #RandomActsOfKindnessDay or tag us on Twitter using @kaleidoscope_PG.
