Pages of Progress
A journaling circle where we pause, write from the heart, and create space for reflection and connection.
With guided prompts, gentle quiet time for writing, and open conversation, we support one another in nurturing mental well-being, self-awareness, and inner growth.
We meet every other Thursday (6.00pm – 7.00pm) for relaxed, reflective sessions. Each gathering usually centers around a chosen topic, followed by open conversation. We then spend some quiet time writing, using it as a way to explore our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Sharing what we’ve written is always optional—participants are free to keep their reflections private.
Our aim is to create a supportive space where individuals can better understand themselves and develop greater emotional awareness.

Mental Health & Suicide Awareness Half Day Training
KPG will provide evidence-based training to Sandwell residents, empowering them to recognize the early signs of mental ill-health and suicide risk. This training will build community confidence, reduce stigma, and foster open discussions about suicide. By addressing mental health concerns at an early stage, the initiative aims to prevent the escalation of conditions, reducing the need for hospitalisations and preventing suicides. These efforts will help normalise conversations about mental health, encouraging individuals to seek non-medical support at the earliest opportunity.
