3. Why not try doing a gratitude journal

Outline each day three things that you are grateful for

 

4. Engage in some physical activity – it releases happy hormones

 

5. Make sure that you have fun and laughter in each day

 

6. Do random acts of kindness for the people around you – whether it be friends, community members or strangers you come across

 

7. Try setting yourself some achievable goals to work towards!! It feels great when you’ve achieved them

 

8. Make sure you manage your time effectively – including all the things you love to do

 

9. Practice Mindfulness to make sure you are in the present moment

 

10. Self-Compassion – love yourself and  take care of yourself
