6th Oct – Alcester 10k

Returning for its 10th anniversary, this popular 10k includes a stunning route through the picturesque market town of Alcester near Stratford Upon Avon.

Beginning on the High Street, the course takes participants out into the country lanes of Warwickshire, with amazing views of the countryside, for a single 10k loop. The first 3k takes runners to the village of Great Alne and across the River Alne, before heading towards Walcote and Haselor for the next 3k.

The route includes two drinks stations along the way.

This is a family-friendly event, with a free 1k Kids’ Fun Run running alongside the main race. The race starts and finishes next to the adult finish line, with all children receiving a free medal.
