Fiver to Thrive
Challenge

Turn £5 into more in support of KPG this Mental Health Awareness Week

What is the Fiver to Thrive Challenge

The Fiver to Thrive Challenge is a fun and creative way to raise funds while supporting mental health this May.

Simply start with £5 – what you do with it next is up to you.

During the week of Mental Health Awareness Week (11th – 17th May 2026), use your creativity, skills and ideas to turn your fiver into something bigger. Whether you host an event, sell something handmade, organise a community activity or club together with friends or colleagues for a bigger initial investment, every pound raised by Sunday 17th May will help support the work of KPG.

The Challenge is Simple

  1. Sign Up in advance

  2. Start with £5 on 11th May

  3. Use your creativity to grow it, raise money, spread awareness of mental health and change lives

So the question is…

How much can you raise?

Every idea, event and effort helps raise awareness and funds for better mental health support.
