As part of mental health awareness week (9-15th May this years theme is loneliness) and with May also being National UK Walking Month,
Kaleidoscope Plus provide frontline support for those suffering from mental ill health.
Now more than ever we need your help.
Pandemic Isolation and loneliness has effected the lives and mental health of so many people.
Our front line services are stretched like never before and we need your help!
Take part in Buddy Walk and be part of something special
For every £50 raised Kaleidoscope Plus will be able to provide counselling and support to someone suffering with mental ill health.
Loneliness is something we have all suffered from particularly in the last two years and has a direct effect on everybody’s mental health. Three out of four GPs say they see up to 5 people per week mainly because they are lonely. Weak social interaction can reduce life expectancy as much as smoking 15 cigarettes per day!
Our frontline services are struggling to keep up with the post pandemic increase in people suffering from mental ill health.
To take part simply click the Give Now button and you will be able to set up your very own Buddy Walk fundraising Page, which you can then share with your friends and family or simply make a donation. Please don’t forget to check out and download our “How to Boost your fundraising free guide”.
