Cranstoun have been awarded a contract by Sandwell Council to maintain delivery of a drug and alcohol service across the borough in partnership with us.
The service will continue to be delivered under the umbrella of IRiS (Integrated Services in Recovery) who offer advice, support and treatment for anyone struggling with drug and alcohol problems.
As part of the contract, The Kaleidoscope Plus Group will carry on providing housing and welfare specific service for people registered and engaging with IRiS as part of the Recovery Team.
Our Director of Operations, Claire Dale believes it was the right decision by Sandwell Council to continue the contract as it will benefit individuals living in Sandwell.
She said: “The service is easily accessible to people worried about the impact of drugs and alcohol and offers a range of services including health checks, advice and information, one-to-one support, peer support and recovery focused treatment.”
“We’re happy to still be working with Cranstoun and IRiS on this fantastic service, which has proven to be a lifeline to so many people since 2014.”
