Does it ever feel like your mind is constantly full of worries of the future or concerns of the past?

Why not come along to our Introduction to Mindfulness group in Dudley starting on Tuesday 1st November from 1:00pm at Dudley library.

From Tuesday 1st November, the Mindfulness group will then continue every Tuesday onwards.

Mindfulness is a relaxation concept centred on bringing our attention back to our thoughts, feelings and sensations in the present moment in a non-judgmental way.
