We are delighted to announce the Target100 Campaign aimed at raising awareness of World Mental Health Day has been successful.

We set ourselves the tough challenge of increasing Facebook/Twitter followers by 100 by the close of play today (Wednesday October 17) and reached the milestone this morning.

The challenge was to both promote World Mental Health Day and say thanks to  The West Brom (Building Society)  for kindly donating £250 to The Kaleidoscope Plus Group.

The target was only reached thanks to the support of all our fans and followers who kindly gave us a share, a retweet  and a like in the last seven days, which enabled us to raise the necessary  awareness and exposure of the campaign, while also helping to remove the stigma attached to mental health issues.

We also received plenty of celebrity support along the way with retweets and messages of support on Twitter from actress Denise Welch, ex-Premiership footballer Darren Eadie and  broadcaster and political aide Alastair Campbell as well as a follow from Olympic swimming silver medalist Nick Gillingham MBE.

Thank you to everyone who helped us reach this goal and promote positive mental health.
