4 We’re celebrating after being assessed as one of the ‘100 Best Companies to Work For 2017’

The annual list compiled by The Sunday Times and Best Companies has placed The Kaleidoscope Plus Group at number 7 in the not-for-profit companies’ category.

We’re known for our outstanding work in providing services to improve people’s health and wellbeing and are elated at having been identified as a great place to work for the third time following our entry in the independent survey.

The annual awards recognise organisations that not only excel in their own industries, but also consistently demonstrate commitment to their members of staff and focus on building positive workplaces.

This award comes hot on the heels of the charity having a fantastic year in 2016 and The Kaleidoscope Plus Group Chief Executive, Monica Shafaq, said: “To say we’re happy to have made the ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list for the third year running and finish 7th would be a massive understatement!

“Being recognised by The Sunday Times is something that the whole charity can take real pride in. 17

“I think it’s vital to work in an environment where staff feel important as this will be mirrored in all we do as an organisation.

“At The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, our staff are our most valuable assets and it’s imperative that as a charity which prides itself on the importance of health and wellbeing, we practice what we preach.

“It gives me a great sense of pride knowing we have continually moved closer to becoming one of the 100 best not-for-profit companies to work for.”

The methodology behind the Best Companies ranking, BCI Measure, is recognised as an academically rigorous and accurate measure of engagement in the workplace.

More than 1.5 million employees are surveyed each year from across the UK and each feeds back on topics such as personal growth, leadership, and wellbeing, along with their views on management and colleagues.
