Talking Therapies Plus

Talking Therapies Plus is a free and confidential service for individuals 18+ who reside in Sandwell.

Support for Mental Health
Challenges

We offer support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, and grief. Our therapists are compassionate and non-judgmental, here to listen and help.

You can choose the type of support that suits you best—whether it’s by phone, video, email, or in person at a local community space where you feel comfortable.

We also offer evening appointments and we can be flexible around shift workers.

Supporting Communities
in Sandwell

Our Talking Therapies Plus service is designed to support communities in Sandwell that may face barriers to accessing mental health care. This includes Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups, refugees and migrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and men.

We take a flexible, creative, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy—offering access to therapists who speak a range of languages and, where possible, connecting you with someone who shares or understands your background.

Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone—we’re here for you.
