Non Executive Directors

The Kaleidoscope Plus Group is governed by our experienced Board of Non-Executive Directors who generously offer their time free of charge.

The Board has overall responsibility for all KPG activities and plays a vital role in ensuring the charity is run in the interests of the people we exist to serve.

Our Non-Executive Directors bring a wealth of experience, expertise, skills, and passion to the organisation to help ensure we continue to deliver high quality mental health and wellbeing services to people across the communities we serve.

Chris Mills

Chris Mills has worked in the Financial Services industry with the West Bromwich Building Society since 1998 and is a qualified mortgage adviser. He is currently the Retail Manager responsible for several branches within the local area.

Surrinder Baines

Surrinder Bains is the Strategic Manager at the Handsworth Association of Schools and provides strategic, operational and project support to over 20 schools.

Neil Male

Neil Male is CEO of Bromsgrove based GMS Group. Over the past 14 years, Neil has led and evolved GMS to become a national leading security specialist, with a turnover of £14m and over 500 employees.

Faye Hingley

Dr Faye Hingley is a Trainee Educational and Child Psychologist, currently completing her Doctorate in this field. She also has a Masters in Psychology.

David Saunders

David Saunders is a qualified accountant with over twenty years’ experience of social housing and charity finance.

Matt Flint

Matt Flint – Non-Executive Director is a serial entrepreneur, influencer, and philanthropist. Over the years he has successfully built up a portfolio of companies spanning a variety of sectors. including digital marketing.

Michael McLean

Michael McLean – Non-Executive Director
Birmingham bred and proud, Michael McLean is excited about joining the board of The Kaleidoscope Plus Group and a team so positive in its belief in what they are doing.

Douglas Brown

Douglas Brown has extensive experience in marketing and communications having worked for Brammer UK and now MSC Industrial Supply Co as Head of Marketing.

Duncan Jones

Duncan Jones spent 26 years as a full-time journalist with the BBC. As a sports reporter, he covered Olympic Games and World Cups and continues to work as a freelance journalist.

Anu Gibson

Anu Gibson has spent over 20 years helping organisations build and deliver strategies to deliver great service for end users to drive business success.
