We understand that during difficult times it can be hard to know who to turn to. Sometimes your thoughts and feelings can leave you and those who are important to you, struggling to cope.
Here at Kaleidoscope, our counselling sessions offer you a safe space to talk about the issues you’re facing and explore difficult feelings in a confidential, non-judgemental environment. We are continuously trying to improve and develop the service so that we can provide crucial mental health support services to the community, wherever they are needed. The most important way for us to do this is to gather feedback from individuals who have been supported by us.
Below is an evaluation form. As someone we have supported, we would love to get your feedback on the service and really value your honest opinions and suggestions for how we could improve. Your comments will be anonymous, however, if you would like us to contact you regarding any of your comments, please include your name, email and telephone number at the end of the form.
Please be assured that if needed, you can always re-refer yourself back to our service, or share our details with anyone else you feel may need our support. We are always here to listen.
It costs over £2m every year to provide care and support to our service users, their family members, friends and carers. With only a small percentage of our running costs coming from government funding, it really is you who keeps our services going. If you would like to support our work, there are several ways you can do so. Find out more by visiting our fundraising page.
