The Kaleidoscope Plus Group wouldn’t be able to do the work that we do without the contributions of our amazing staff so every month, we want to shine a spotlight on a different member of #TeamKPG.

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on Ranjeet Takhar!

Ranjeet has been with the company for a while now and in fact, this week marks her 4th year with us. Ranjeet is the Support Services Team Leader and works very closely with our Sandwell Outreach Recovery Team. She can always be found at work with a smile on her face.

Her favourite part of the job is “being the voice for the voiceless.” She loves helping people and takes a great deal of pride in her work. When asked what surprises her the most about this job, she said “That we’re all unified in our goals to help.” 

A fun fact about Ranjeet is that she’s a poet in her spare time. She composes different types of poetry to help manage her mental health and relax. It’s something that she loves to do and finds that it centers her. 

Ranjeet is a prime example of the brilliant kind of people that make up #TeamKPG. Keep up the good work, Ranjeet!
