Tailored to
Your Workplace

Our Pathways are tailored to your specific needs and goals for your workplace and employees. Working with KPG, we will put you on the right wellness paths and provide you with the best evaluation methods to ensure that your workplace wellness strategy is implemented and productivity is thriving.

We can help any organisation, regardless of size, sector, or industry, improve employee wellbeing. 50 Years of experience and data analysis have taught us that preventing illness is more cost-effective than treating it.

A Healthier, Happier Workforce

Because every workplace and individual is unique and should be treated as such, the core of our module-based programme is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of your organisation, ensuring you get the most out of your employees.

Wellbeing Audit

What actions do we take to make life more manageable for our employees, both at work and at home?

Just like a Health and Safety audit, Wellbeing Audits look at risk factors within an organisation that could negatively impact the mental wellbeing of employees.

They are not a way to identify or record the mental health of employees

A Mental Health Professional will spend time with you to assess the practices you have in place to identify where psychosocial risks and hazards might exist in the organisation that could hinder an employee from effectively carrying out their job.

Employee Survey

Are the actions we have in place actually working?

The average person spends nearly 1/3 of their life at work and, if we’re honest, most leaders don’t know what pressures their employees face at work or, indeed, at home.

Add to that the cost of recruiting and retaining a team and the benefits of having the right policies in place to support employees, upskill managers and leaders in mental health training soon become apparent.

Our Mental Health Professionals will prepare a Wellbeing Survey to send to all employees, with results coming direct to us to protect anonymity.

The results of the survey allows an organisation to measure the impact of its current practice, aiming to safeguard all employees
