The Kaleidoscope Plus Group wouldn’t be able to do the work that we do without the contributions of our amazing staff so every month, we want to shine a spotlight on a different member of #TeamKPG.

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on Carol Wilson!

Carol has been a member of #TeamKPG for over two years now. She is our Volunteer & Community Engagement officer and as part of her job, she is responsible for the large number of volunteers we have. In fact, due to her hard work, we won an Investing in Volunteers award!

She’s a warm and fun person who is always happy at work and that energy rubs off on the rest of us too.

Her favourite part of the job is “being part of a great multi-faceted team and seeing the volunteers grow as people over their time with us.” The most surprising part of the job to her is “how KPG has adapted and evolved with the massive changes taking place while still accommodating clients and volunteers to the same high standards we set for ourselves.”

A fun fact about Carol is that outside of work, she loves listening to Ska Music and going to see Ska Bands live. In fact, she even has special Ska clothes she wears when she goes to see these bands (as pictured on the right).

Carol is a prime example of the brilliant kind of people that make up #TeamKPG. Keep up the good work, Carol!
