This month, we’re shining a spotlight on Lisa Hartland!

Lisa has been with the company for a while now and in fact, this month marks her 3rd year with us. Lisa is our primary Training & Community officer and leads MHFA training.

She can always be found at work with a smile on her face and is a much loved member of staff.

Her favourite part of the job is “the people that she gets to work with and the people she gets to help as a result of the job.” She loves helping people and takes a great deal of pride in her work. When asked what surprises her the most about this job, she said that thing “is just how well she gets on with everyone and how good the rapport is between all members of staff. Everyone genuinely likes everyone here.” 

A fun fact about Lisa is that she’s very mischievous and can be considered to be the light of KPG. She’s always making everybody crack up and keeping our spirits up at work. All of her clients and service users can attest to this too.

Lisa is a prime example of the brilliant kind of people that make up #TeamKPG. Keep up the good work, Lisa!
